Multi Turkey, the leading owner and manager of retail real estate assets in Turkey and part of the pan-European Multi Group, announces the departure of Pınar Yalçınkaya as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st April 2022. Pınar Yalçınkaya was appointed in 2018 and after more than three years at Multi has decided to step down from her position. She will be succeeded by Hulusi Belgü who was a former CEO of Multi Turkey and is a well-known member of the Turkish retail real estate community.
Steven Poelman, Board Member of Multi Corporation, said: “On behalf of Multi Turkey and the entire Multi organisation, I wish to convey our appreciation and respect for Pinar’s service to Multi and her excellent management during her tenure. We wish her all success in her future endeavours. I also want to give a warm welcome to Hulusi Belgü who we have known for a very long time and it is great to welcome him back.”
Pinar Yalçınkaya said: “It has been a great privilege to be part of Multi and its leadership over the past years, in particular working with my Turkish team. I am proud of what we have achieved together for our clients during these challenging times.”
Hulusi Belgü said: “It is an honour to be back and to take over the leadership of Multi Turkey. I look forward to lead the Turkish organisation again and to further strengthen the partnership we have with retailers, banks and our clients.”
