Multi Corporation completes sale of Dutch office asset

Multi Corporation has sold an office building in Maastricht, Robert Schumandomein 2-4, on behalf of the owner to RS4 Maastricht B.V.. Multi repositioned and stabilised the asset ahead of the sale.
The sale is a further example of Multi’s asset management capabilities and expertise in the office sector. Multi took over the management of the office in 2023 to stabilise the asset and add value through various leasing activities. After Multi successfully negotiated long-term lease renewals with key tenants, in line with the owner’s business plan, the asset has now been sold to RS4 Maastricht BV. RS4 Maastricht BV is an investment vehicle of PRM, ReJeDe BV and MCI Participations BV and based in Maastricht, at Villa Kruisdonk.
Robert Schumandomein 2-4 originally opened in 2001 and has a GLA of 5,645 sq m. It is comprised of six floors and boasts an underground car park as well as a canteen on the fifth floor. It is located centrally in the Maastricht Randwyck office district on the edge of the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus.

The office market represents an important growth area for Multi as there is significant scope to apply our broad range of skills whether stabilizing assets, undertaking repositioning projects and also converting of offices into residential assets – all are well within our sweetspot particularly as we have our own in-house development team.”
