Multi Corporation awarded Spanish shopping centre management mandate
Amsterdam, September 27th, 2023 – Multi Corporation, a leading European retail management and development company, proudly announces it has been awarded the property management mandate for Torrecardenas shopping centre in Almeria, Spain. The almost 62.000 sqm shopping centre is owned by Lighthouse Properties p.l.c., who is an existing client of Multi Corporation.
The partnership between Lighthouse and Multi Corporation started in 2017, when Lighthouse acquired two assets from Multi Corporation, Forum Coimbra and Forum Viseu. In July 2023, Multi Corporation was awarded the property management mandate for four shopping centers in France. This new Spanish management mandate marks a significant milestone in the ongoing partnership between the two companies.
Torrecardenas shopping centre, which opened in October 2018, features a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of almost 62.000 sqm and has 94 tenants across two floors. The centre provides 3.000 parking spaces, including 78 electric car charging stations, and operates a photovoltaic system generating 1.580 kWh of clean energy annually. Key tenants include Leroy Merlin, Primark, Media Markt, Zara, Mercadona and Yelmo Cines.
