Multi Corporation is appointed property and asset manager for Mall of Switzerland effective 1st June 2022. Mall of Switzerland is a modern, four storey shopping centre with 65,000 sqm of GLA, over 80 shops, a 12 screen cinema, restaurants, leisure options and a parking garage for 1.600 vehicles. The property is located about 30 kilometers south of Zurich in Ebikon near the city of Lucerne with excellent access by public transport and road via the A2 and A14 motorways.
The centre management team will be supported by Multi’s range of specialist teams including asset management, centre management, architecture, design, leasing, marketing, operations, finance and reporting, compliance and governance. Multi has delivered over 200 mixed-use projects since 1982 across Europe and Turkey and drives value for its clients, tenant partners and local communities in the 80 assets it manages.
