Multi Corporation acquires office complex in Alkmaar, the Netherlands
Amsterdam, January 25, 2024 – Multi Corporation is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of a 10.000 sqm office complex including a parking garage at Wognumsebuurt 10-12 in Alkmaar. The complex is temporarily in use by the Municipality of Alkmaar.
The complex is situated next to Alkmaar Centraal Station and is entirely used by the Municipality of Alkmaar, with the current user agreement remaining in place. In the future, Multi Corporation intends to transform the former office building into a mixed-use development, which consists of living, working and retail spaces.
In this transaction, Multi Corporation received advice from Hemwood (legal) and TAUW (technical). The seller was represented by OsborneClarke (legal).
