PropertyEU spoke to Multi Corporation’s Elmar Schoonbrood and Steven Poelman about future opportunities, following completion of the management buy-out from Blackstone in March. In the interview the two CEOs state that they are enthusiastic about investments in retail real estate as valuations have dropped due to the pandemic and the continued growth of e-commerce. Now that Multi independent, it can co-invest with its partners.
