Quintain is creating a new 85-acre neighbourhood, offering 817.546 sqm of mixed-use development, including over 46.451 sqm of retail and leisure space. 

It´s a €3,5 billion project that´s fully funded and on track to be delivered by 2027, with the majority of retail units already completed. When finished, Wembley Park will get over 20 million visitors a year and have an annual retail spend of €382 million.
