Dan co-founded Realm in 2001 and his role as Managing Director covers all aspects of company strategy and operations, new business initiatives, client and corporate management. In addition, Dan is responsible for the development activity and large-scale asset management initiatives and capital projects across the Realm portfolio. ​

Dan graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an honours degree in Real Estate,  and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995. Prior to founding Realm, Dan worked for listed property company, MEPC plc as a development manager in the shopping and outlet centre team and has also worked in property/business advisory for Cluttons and Humberts-Leisure, based in London.​
