Warsaw / Amsterdam, 11 July 2018

Multi Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Luca Maganuco as the new interim Managing Director for Multi Central and Eastern Europe, effective 1 July 2018. He will be responsible for Multi’s activities in Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Luca Maganuco has over 16 years’ experience in (retail) real estate asset management and development. During his professional career, he has worked for numerous international companies, including ING Real Estate and CBRE Global Investors. For the past four years, Luca Maganuco has been the managing director of Multi Italy. Going forward, he will combine this position with his new role as interim Managing Director for the CEE region.

Luca Maganuco (45) is an economist by profession and has bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration. He will be responsible for the ongoing operations of existing shopping centres and the acquisition of new mandates in the region. Luca already has experience working in southern Europe and has held a number of Pan European roles.

Multi CEE
In the Central and Eastern European region, Multi’s portfolio currently comprises 13 shopping centres, including the multi-functional centre Forum Gdańsk, which opened on 26 May 2018. Forum Gdańsk is located in the northern part of Poland and is the largest multi-functional centre which opened in Poland this year. In its first three weeks of operation, Forum Gdańsk was visited by over 1 million shoppers.
