Description

Forum Gdańsk opened in 2018. This 62,000 sq.m. GLA shopping centre offers 220 stores, the city’s largest cinema (nine screens), leisure facilities, a selection of restaurants, eateries and pubs and parking for 1,100 cars. It also includes the multi-functional Gdańsk Heritage Centre, a new public transport hub and infrastructural improvements. Three distinct architectural zones called The Boulevard, Modern Court, and The Street provide different ambiances to enhance its visitors’ shopping experience. Forum Gdańsk is strategically built in the Tri-City area: adjacent to Gdańsk Główny railway station, the historical Old Town and key municipal buildings. The integration of the railway tracks in the complex made it possible to recover over 1.5 hectares of useable land. The banks of the Radunia canal were also revitalised and covered with a glass canopy, creating a pedestrian passageway between the city centre and the public transport hub.
