New appointments at Multi Netherlands
With effect from 1 April 2015, Daniël Schönberg (1980) has been appointed as Leasing Manager at Multi Netherlands. In this position, he is responsible for the leasing of retail space in Multi Netherlands’ existing shopping centres and new retail developments. Schönberg previously worked at Frisia Makelaars B.V. (Dynamis), where he spent six years as a consultant on the retail property market. This involved advising retailers, developers and institutional private investors.
Starting on 1 May 2015, Diko Ruit (1982) joined Multi Netherlands as Development Manager. In this position, he is responsible for the development and redevelopment of retail centres. Diko Ruit started his career in 2006, at MAB Development, focusing primarily on the development/redevelopment of large-scale city-centre projects. In 2013, he moved to FGH Bank, where he advised and supported management on a range of external and internal issues, especially real estate.
Ronald Banus (1985) joined Multi Netherlands as Asset Manager with effect from 1 June 2015. The position includes responsibility for asset management at a number of retail centres in Multi’s Dutch portfolio. Banus has six years of experience in retail property, the last five of which in property and asset management. He previously worked for CBRE, where he was responsible for the commercial management of the portfolio of an institutional investor.
This expansion of its commercial team will enable Multi Netherlands to realise its ambitions to further strengthen its position in the domestic market, in both asset management and development/redevelopment.
